Charles Traveling as Couple October 16, 2021
Positives: Great location, short block from Air and Space Museum. McDonalds on one corner for dollar drinks and Starbucks on the other. Walk to Wharf or up 7th for restaurants.
Negatives: Close to train tracks, so you donÂ't want a room on the south face of the hotel. North face would be best.

Positives: Location, walking distance from museums and Capitol.
Negatives: Door wonÂ't closed properly hinges were loose

Positives: Location.
Negatives: Big and anonymous. I emailed the hotel information line ahead of time for some airport travel directions and received no response. The hand sanitizer by the elevators was always empty during our 4 night visit.

Negatives: The cleanliness
Verified Hotel Guest Traveling as Couple September 30, 2021
Positives: Location, location, location. Probably one of the best hotels in this price range around this part of town. Walking distance to multiple historic monuments and buildings.
Negatives: The elevator near our room was broken 85% of the time we stayed there. This created long walks to the lobby or to the laundry room after an already tiring day of touring DC on foot/electric scooters. The coin machine in the laundry room was also broken.

Positives: Within walking distance major attractions .
Negatives: No
Jerry Family with Young Children September 4, 2021
Positives: Close to location where I was going.
Negatives: The indoor AND outdoor pools advertised were closed all year. The FOUR restaurants advertised are ALL closed during the week so no breakfast/dinner. Had to leave hotel to eat. They did a fire alarm check at 10:00am in EVERY room. Check out is at 12pm.

Positives: Easy access of the freeways
Negatives: Market necessities way overpriced
Verified Hotel Guest Family with Young Children August 26, 2021
Positives: Location
Negatives: They have a great courtyard space which could be really beautiful. The tables were dirty, the area smelled like cigarette butts and a lot of the plants were dead. I was looking for a space I could work and enjoy the outside. Instead I sat in Starbucks.
