The receptionist is an older lady (she said she worked there for 20+ yrs) and my inquiry was about why my booking didn’t have breakfast. She was not nice in explaining about it, it has something to do with booking.com . She needs to RETIRE IF SHE DOES NOT HAVE ANY PR SKILLS!!!
I usually book a hotel with free breakfast. I might have missed some info when booking this hotel??? I Just don't like people who made you feel “Stupid” to questions about “why”. And besides the time I booked, I I opened both Expedia and booking.com. I end up using booking.com because I have an option of using PayPal which is very convenient for me.
She could have said some options for me. But nothing was discussed.
