Negatives:
There were no pillows or blankets for the hide-a-bed for my daughter. When I contacted the front desk to request them, I was told there were no pillows available in the entire hotel, but that I could be given two small blankets. One to use as a pillow and the other as a blanket. It was extremely ridiculous and uncomfortable.

I was told that our room would be cleaned every other day, but that did not happen. During our trip, my child was sick and we needed a change of sheets, but no one from housekeeping was on duty, so we were given sheets and changed the bed ourselves. Because the bed is made up differently than a bed at home, it was never as comfortable after we made it up ourselves.
