Positives: Our room was bigger than expected. Overall itÂ's clean.
Negatives: Room service wasnÂ't there when we stayed atleast could have given fresh towels each day. Breakfast area was very smelly like rotten eggs even in the evening hours when we pass. Other than that itÂ's a comfortable place to stay.

Positives: There was a nice breakfast bag in the morning.
Negatives: Staff was not friendly. Got a really bad vibe from them which colored my stay. Not convenient location for tourists.

Positives: It was very clean, and in a perfect location for us
Negatives: Said it was pet friendly then were told it would be 150. per night. also not told about parking fees.. or is that always just a given If they had not waived pet fees, it would have added $ 300. of unexpected charges.. Needs to clear before you book.

Positives: The room was a very roomy space for the price.
Negatives: The location was probably the worst in DC if you want to see another living, breathing person, not that there are that many in DC to begin with.

Positives: Location is great. Close to the national mall and sites but enough away to not have the crazy traffic and noise. $10 UBER to dinner and arena.
Negatives: Parking is $53 per night and the garage is very tight. Free parking on street after 6:30 and Sundays and Holidays all day.

Positives: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The "Mix" on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday was nice as we are not big eaters and there are not a lot of restaurants open in the evening that are nearby.
Negatives: Elevators require the room key to work however not all of the key card in the elevators work. Paying over $40 a night for parking.
A little pricy, but the location to the Mall is great.
