Negatives:
Check in time was 3 PM and we reached hotel 5 pm. The rooms were not ready and had to wait for an hour before got our room. For any questions, staff had no answer and all we were told is “we don’t have an eta and will update in few minutes”. Could have been handled better

Horrible experience getting there. There was a huge party/event in the rooftop that non guests could attend (which is fine). However the lobby was full of these people. And we couldn’t come through. They were all loud and obnoxious. The elevator wasn’t working either so we had to use a service elevator but we needed to quickly shower and run out to dinner which we couldn’t attend as we weren’t able to come down!!!we called the concierge and no one picked up!!! We had to ran down the stairs to try making it to dinner. When we told our check our concierge about that experience she didn’t even sympathize with us and she also told me she will send me my receipt which I have her to receive and yet I see a charge on my card that’s 50$ higher than what I booked for ( I surely hope this will be adjusted down!)

The check in was very smooth. Special thanks to. Mohammed who checked me in, he was welcoming and helpful.
Negatives:
The valet parking people are very bad. I checked my car with them at 11pm for the max price $60 they told me 24 hours, unfortunately at 12 noon time the said it I don’t take it out they will charge regardless of what they say when I checked. I think this is cheating
