Bed was comfortable.
Negatives:
Staff at the front desk were very unfriendly. Never greeted us and when we spoke to them it was never meet with a smile.
Room was booked for 4 and we only got 3 towels each day even asking and 4 on day one so we had to keep going to get the extra towel.
Parking is paid, air con/heating was extremely loud and the room was very small.

Our room had really old windows and our room needed to have the heating on, but the fan was so noisy that we couldn't sleep. Also the receptionist was not friendly at all. She made us feel unwanted and for no reason.
