Good location, fancy structure, comfortable room, rooms well cleaned, helpful front desk

The bar and restaurant were a major disappointment and the main negative point of our stay.
At dinner, my order took over an hour to arrive. When it finally did, only one dish was acceptable, and for the others we were simply informed they were out of stock, which was very frustrating.
Breakfast was extremely disorganized, with not enough food for all guests. There were no waffles, milk, bacon, eggs, or juice — you were lucky if you managed to get a piece of bread.
There was also an issue on one of the days when the hot tub was cold, which caused frustration among guests.
Overall, if you choose to stay at this hotel, be prepared to have all meals outside the property.

The property was beautiful and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The staff were exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable.
Negatives:
The sheets were not very comfortable. I started getting a stuffy nose as soon as I laid in the bed. One of the chairs had obvious dust in between the chair cushion and the back.
We appreciate all of the hardworking by the cleaning staff. Details are very important when cleaning.
