Love the breakfast
Positives:
We always stay at this hotel when we come to DC because we love the large rooms that can accommodate my entire family. The hotel receptionist was extremely polite, helpful, and friendly. He was really endearing and welcoming! He deserves a promotion. The lobby smelled amazing. I’m not sure what that scent is but I want it my home. Also, breakfast was wonderful as usual. We also love happy hour but missed it this time. Overall everything was great. The beds were really comfortable which is a win for me!
Negatives:
The only thing that the hotel can work on is that the bathtub could have been cleaner and the shower gel and conditioner were empty. If I did not bring my own it would have been a hassle. Also the floors in the room could also have been cleaner. Other than that everything was wonderful!

Short and sweet!
Positives:
I loved how clean, tidy, elegant, spacious, and welcoming this hotel is. The room was very spacious and comfortable to hang out in. Breakfast was delicious. We loved that we had our omelette made freshly. The Happy Hour was very nice too! Popcorn and fruits were such a sweet treat, and the drinks were delicious. Lots of options to choose from. Location was top-notch. The metro is across the street, and the hotel shares the building with the Cheesecake Factory. It’s also just a few steps from other restaurants, stores, etc (basically everything you need. I loved the location!!

I liked how the hotel connected to a Cheesecake Factory. Very convenient when it comes to food. Also, the fact I was able to access thr metro straight from the hotel was awesome.
Negatives:
Breakfast could have been better. The omlette was good but the scrambled eggs were grey and tasted off. All the other hot bar stuff were surprisingly sweet considering they were all savory foods. Also, the bathroom was a little small for my liking but that’s on me for booking a room with a small bathroom.

The full size bed in the double room was very small and uncomfortable. Also the pull out couch was very uncomfortable as well. The breakfast buffet did not have a turkey or beef meat option for guest who don’t eat pork, that was very annoying because me and my family don’t eat it and they didn’t have any any other meat option besides pork. The room was nice and clean as well other than the comfort part.

Stayed for my daughter’s 13th Birthday,We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was buffet style.

The shower was amazing( great pressure, great mist). I love the complimentary drink and breakfast which smelled delicious; had I not had a meeting to get to I would’ve tried it. The staff were very pleasant. The shower wash was amazing and smelled really good.

No vending machines, pillows were terrible, bed kind of hard and crunches like a water bottle upon sitting, hated the parking (should offer a discount or something, paying $5-$14 dollars every time had to leave/come back is not good), the pool should stay open to atleast 12am and the complimentary bar drinks should be extended to atleast 12am.

Nothing much. The hotel is located inside a mall and we had to pay for parking our car. The mall seemed under renovation and there was nothing open.
