Breakfast was very basic. Room was not that clean and I was not even able to switch on the Room lights for the entire stay. There is no complementary water included and I was given two bottles of water when I showed the property that I am a Hilton Honor member. The staff on the reception during check-in was not so friendly!

I stayed with my family and friends on New Year's Eve and in the early hours of the morning a man broke into my room after kicking the door for 20 minutes. I called reception 3 times asking for help and it took them 20 minutes to send a security guard. I called the police and my wife and children screamed in fear while a man broke down the door to the room. When the police arrived, there was blood on the floor, walls and door from how much the man had knocked until he broke it down. What was supposed to be a nice family outing turned into a nightmare. Run away from this hotel, don't go through this too!
The manager is a jerk and rude and thought the situation was normal, sadly the family vacation ended
