Positives:
The staff was wonderful, from the valet, the front desk which I interacted with for 3 different shift. Shout out to my 2 night workers (males-wish I got their names) at that front desk!!! Even the breakfast staff was amazing and never let the food run out. Everything was clean and was as I expected.
Negatives:
Only 1 disappointment was the drop off space. I get it's in the city and they do have secured locked garage only accessible by the valet (like a inclosed garage camouflage. Lol). But your in the dead center of the city and there's a small drop off that hold 2 cars but your "technically" in the street. But I cant say it ruined my experience, just a little shocked; but Im not from the city.

First room given to us didnt have a running air conditioner. 2nd room thermostat wasn’t working. Front desk supervisor only reluctantly gave us a new room and that too after making me await in person for so long
