Nice staff and clean hotel
Negatives:
Learning I had to pay 200 bucks to valet my vehicle and there was no other option for parking is ridiculous. At least post it on the website so people know what to expect. The fridge was not cold and after having someone look at it they said it was fine but it wasn't. The bathroom fan also didn't work so the bathroom was pretty stuffy.

The location was great. It was in the opposite of a metro station and a couple of blocks from the White house and other great sight seeings. The staff is friendly.
Negatives:
The toilet was malfunctioning and after fixing it was broken again. I had to ask ~ five times to fix it, but it never got fixed. For the price I paid, I did not had a fully relaxing stay. Also the view (on other rooms) from the 12th was not so good.

My reservation was for bed and breakfast, and yet I was additionally billed for breakfast. I raised this matter at check-out, and was assured that the extra charges would be reversed, but the final receipt shared on Saturday 8th June 2024 still had these extra charges.

Aircon extremely noisy, beds lumpy and dip, room
tired.
Waitress in restaurant very pushy about making sure you know what and how to tip.
Service depleted to the extent it’s made clear they want you to leave even though only served one coffee and not finished.
Breakfast ok if included but not worth $23.95 each
Omelette station very good and chef lovely and helpful.
Customer service terrible, do not reply or even try to assist.
Overall disappointing for a Hilton, but there a few lovely members of staff who are happy to assist.
