Superb
Positives:
I booked a double queen room for five nights, and could not find a really good thing about this hotel. ONLY PLEASANT.
Negatives:
The shower temperature was not warm enough, Parking in property was too expensive about 60 bucks per night, which you can find street parking with much cheaper just need to download the app. and some of the surrounding streets which does not have any code on app is free to park for certain times, You can park in nearby parking below Reats Carlton Hotel which is half price and is one min walk. cleaning was unprofessional, they re organized the bed while we had stuff on it!! in other hotels they put it aside. room temperature was set to 71 and I changed it to 73 for my kid, screen shows the 73 but fan just has no heat. Breakfast is expensive and you can find lots of better option around. I request for kettle as we are not drinking coffee, they told me that they don't have any and can bring a brand new coffee machine that does not taste coffee for hot water, they brought another old one!

Positives:
Restaurant in Lobby was good, we were lucky we found a parking space right in front of hotel and since it was the weekend on street parking was free and we did not have to pay the crazy $60/night Valet Parking fee. Some of the staff was pleasant. As a Professional Photographer, and born in Washington DC, left when I was 6 yrs old, I was able to some memorable photos.
Negatives:
The fact that the Entry Lock to our room did not work properly, Maint engineer came by and open for us 3 times, and said if it persisted, he recommended we go to front desk and get a replacement room. Which we ended up having to do, and after 2 more long lines at front desk, re packing up and lugging all the luggage down to lobby and then back up to 10th floor we
