The AC was on point and the Spanish speaking house keeper Was nice. They charged my card $10.00 for what I have know such idea

The pool was filthy you can see the muck around the inside of pool and hot tub. The bathroom had a strong odor which smells like feces. We were told the pool was closed for five days, which it was not, my granddaughter and I was very disappointed

The hotel is in a good location with several restaurants to get something to eat. EASY transportation options, close to Union Square, so no car needed. The room was very clean. Housekeeping paid attention to the details.

I was disappointed that the pool was unavailable. Let us know abut hotel construction and maintenance that impacts the use of amenities beforehand. I would have planned accordingly. It was a bit of a let down.

There was too much noise in the hallways and I informed to the receptionist three times and the only thing she offered me was to move me from my room but it didn't seem fair because it was already midnight

Close to the Capitol and monuments. Uber was a short drive. The hotel was nice and the staff was friendly.
