I asked a question about the restaurant around 5pm. Gentleman stated they didn’t have “servers” working. He informed me he could take a food order. He was so annoyed by the fact I asked. Whatever was on his phone must have been important.

Excellent location with everything just a walking distance from the White House, subway, bus station, restaurants and CVS! The surroundings are safe and clean. Room is exceptional. Beds are very comfortable and breakfast is very enjoyable and they served great coffee. We will come back again on the next visit to DC.
Negatives:
Car valet services shall be improved. There was a lack of cooperation between the front and the valet. They fought one another in front of my face!

It is noisy. The rooms are old and it is not insulated from voice and sounds. I was easily hearing neighbours sounds and it didnt allow me sleeping. Neighbours were shouting and i could hear it very clearly unfortunately.
