Several things malfunctioned: lights, electronic keys (four key changes and emergency system to reenter room resulting in 30+ minutes wait) , hotel phone, electric outlets.
Understaffed, Overworked staff.
Tiny reception desk on the way for everyone.

Good overall but not up...
Positives:
Everything was really good, from helpful and kind staff to the room, which was very spacious and clean, and the location since the hotel is centrally located and a lot of things are walking distance. I had dinner at the restaurant, which was of good quality food, and had a decent selection of dishes on the menu.
Negatives:
The rooms facing the main street experience the noise from passing cars.

Personal is very nice and caring. Breakfast are so good, many options and very tasty. Full me for whole day.
Guy on reception, his name was Chase, was so nice.

Just felt like the hotel lacked amenities and didn't utilize the space as well as it could. Lobby probably needs a rebrand
