The hotel's location is exceptional, just 8 minutes on foot from the White House and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. Interestingly the room was cleaned every day and the carpet as well with a vacuum cleaner. Very good and comfortable stay in a clean hotel.

I am incredibly disappointed and honestly shocked by the situation I faced at this hotel. I travel a lot and have never experienced such treatment before.
Upon check-in, we were given a room that was very noisy and had a terrible view directly over the air conditioning units. We politely asked to change the room. At first, the reception staff told us that there were no other rooms available and offered complimentary breakfast instead. However, after checking availability on Booking, we saw that there were indeed several free rooms. After that, we were referred to the manager, whose name was Aron.
Unfortunately, instead of resolving the issue, he spoke to us in an extremely rude and pressuring manner: either accept the room as it is, or cancel the reservation and find another hotel. When we said that we would at least agree to the complimentary breakfast that was promised, he refused and replied: “You will get nothing.”
When I told him that I would leave a negative review and, if necessary, contact Booking, he responded: “Call whoever you want.” His tone was absolutely disrespectful and aggressive. The next morning, when we saw him again, he deliberately turned his head away and did not even return a simple greeting.
I truly cannot understand how a person with such an attitude can represent the hotel and be its “face” to the guests. This experience completely ruined the impression of our stay.
