Positives:
I stayed at the Motel 6 for the Okaton convention. It wasn’t far from the NoMa Metro station, which was convenient. The room was a bit questionable, not gonna lie — I kind of wished I had one of those TikTok door locks for extra security. I even put a chair in front of the door at night just to feel a little safer. But overall, my daughter enjoyed the trip, so that made it worth it.

I booked this a few months in advance. When I arrived the motel was completely empty. I received no word about this from the Motel. I had to book another motel on the spot; thankfully cell phones exist. Now I have to fight with Booking.com to get back the money I paid to this motel though I couldn't stay there. If Booking.com is a serious business they will de-list this property. I will add for the purposes of this review this place also looked dingy as hell in person. Do not book here under any circumstances.

When I arrived in the afternoon of September 13, this Motel 6 location was completely abandoned. The Motel 6 sign had been removed, all sorts of what seemed to be interior items from the motel had been stacked up on the outside of the establishment, and the area was cordoned off. Since it was impossible to stay here, I looked for other accommodation. Now I'm trying to get back the money I paid for my planned stay at this location.
