Convenient location for our visit to DC.
Negatives:
We stayed 4 nights and electricity was down 2 nights .It was winter time and temperature was around 30 degrees. It did no meet my expectations this time that my stay was during Winter.

For the $100 I paid I expected better facilities. The fridge and air con were very noisy. The beds were hard. No coffee making machine in room. No microwave.

Positives:
Went for just a night, was at a concert at Echostage...pretty close only like a 7 minute ride to echostage. Not bad pricing either, had soda machine and snack machine.

Bath towels are small but work....bed wasn't the comfiest but it was alight for a night
