Positives:
Pretty good. At first, we didn’t get the room we had booked, but they corrected it. The dishwasher needed serviced and I put in a request but they never came. The hot tub was dirty the first night Monday the 31st. The breakfast was decent. I appreciated the dried fruits and nuts because that’s pretty much all I ate. Most hotels have a waffle maker, which I would’ve liked for my husband. Other than that, the staff were very good. The bed was comfortable as was the living room

I believe I was given the wrong room arrangement. I could not see my original reservation so I had to take the hotels word. I wanted a 1bedroom, 2queen beds suite, but was given a studio with a pullout couch. It was horrible!

Positives:
Breakfast was very good. I’m happy to find fresh green salads and the oatmeal was great.
Negatives:
The TV was not working during my whole stay 2 nights. I felt I was given the run-around instead of resolving the problem (move me to another room or have someone check it out). I called several times and was given the cold shoulders. They said it’s the weather which is hard to believe since weather got better since we got there. One man said it should work in an about or two but it never did. Also, the room was generally dim. Needed more light specially on the mirror-dresser.
