Positives:
Staff were very helpful sorting out problems but would rather not have had the issues!
Negatives:
Our room wasn't cleaned one day. We had to chase for new tea and coffee. We were only given 1 chocolate at night even though there were 2 of us. We hadn't booked breakfast and there was a 30 minute wait even though there were only a handful of people in there.

The staff was really nice in the location was where there’s a lot of touristy stuff

The rooms are in bad shape although they are clean they are outdated and lots of things had scratches and just looked really old
