Great location. Large clean room.
Negatives:
Cold at night. Reception staff member was unable to process booking correctly on arrival. More positively a different reception staff member did kindly check up to see if the extra blanket I requested for my room as it was cold was sent to me and re-requested it as it had not come. Room wifi was an extra cost per day.

Great story behind it. LOVED the Edgar Bar & Kitchen. Staff were excellent - Luc at the front desk and all the Edgar staff. Stunning entrance and lobby.
Negatives:
Great to get water at check in but would have been good to have water in the rooms each day.
No signs leading back to the elevators from the room so took a few wrong turns.

housekeeping didnt even make up the room till 7PM. I asked to reception for the housekeeping service; I said I even do not have any fresh bath towel and they replied that everyone already left and I need to wait the next day for the service.

Location is good for the venues that we needed to get to

The reception tried to persuade that my booking,com reservation meant nothing to them and that I was in their system booked only 5 nights later (5 nights out of 8 total) and when showing them the booking.com confirmation and that the date they were telling me was nothing we ever booked for or booking.com ever communicated with us. We were a large group and they were not seeing only me (I was last one checking in). They basically tried to make me leave after 20 hours of travel and only “helped” me by giving two nights and then I had to find other solutions.
Luckily the next day another person checked me in properly and this manager (Logan - he really is not the subject of this concern rather contrary) seemed to be the only one who knew what he was doing. Everyone else I interacted with took 15-20 minutes on simple task like to get separate checks for the room stay and room service/restaurant charges. During check out I again had to spend half an hour instead of 2 minutes arguing and still not having answers on additional almost 2 000 USD charges, while I had already paid for the room when property checking in a week earlier. Reception guy (the same who check me in) this time did not care about my bank charges and claimed he did all right and even went that far saying that he remembers I was the one who showed up without reservation (the nerves he has) and he still “helped”. Imagine my frustration and reaction as I had confirmed booking.com confirmation he was unable to see in the system or trying to override their overbooking issues and he the last day instead of apologizing for the stress I went through on their account, accused me of traveling 20 hours overseas without a reservation :(
I still have to deal with 2000 extra charges … The reception needs a great deal of training!
