A beautiful place to be!!!
Negatives:
The hotel was newly renovated, but the toilet had no water. I had to call a plumber to fix it, and the formaldehyde smell was very strong. This hotel is, at best, a 2-star property.
Also, I forgot my room key card when I left the hotel. The front desk staff member, HUGN, was rude and delayed me for more than 30 minutes. He ultimately refused to open the door for me, and I had to find another staff member to resolve the issue.
The security deposit has still not been refunded. It has been 5 days since check-out and I have not received it yet.
