Nice place to stay close...
Positives:
We loved how friendly the staff was. The gentleman at the valet was exceptional and always held the door open for me and even ran ahead to help me with the elevator when my hands were full. The cleanliness was to my standards (a high standard at that). It's nice to walk barefoot on a hard surface floor and not feel icky! The shower head and water pressure were phenomenal! The mattress was good (but it's hard to beat the $5k mattress and bed we have at home). The AC unit was great, which is a huge factor for us because we keep our house on 66 degrees all year and 64 at night. I loved how I could call and get towels sent up to our room (most hotels stopped doing this after covid, and it is really annoying to be in pajamas first thing in the morning and have to go downstairs in front of everyone before you could shower). I loved the giant closet space with all the mirrors! This is a dream for a girl to do her hair!
Negatives:
I did NOT like the $60 parking fee per night. I felt like that was way too much to park a car. We stayed in room 214 and the outlet next to the bed (near the bathroom portion) didn't work at all (which wasn't really an issue but it was the closest one to the big mirrors, so it made doing my hair a little more difficult). While the room we stayed in was cool, the hallways were not at all. I wish there was more lighting in the bathroom. It is hard to shave your legs when you can't see good. Aside from those things, everything was perfect!

Loved our stay here. Really friendly welcome on arrival and we were upgraded to a lovely premium suite, which was much appreciated. Wish we had been staying longer than 2 nights.

Restaurant was delicious. Nice body soap (loccitane). Liked the robes. Good area

An old property. Sheets and pillows felt old, used and rough/frayed. Duvet insert had a stain on it. Mattress felt used and old. Loud AC. Old tub and fixings in the bathroom (fixings meaning light switches, shower curtain). Towels had stains. No hand soap and no foot slippers.

Positives:
The staff were very helpful, and really nice. The location is great. We were able to walk to everything. Our waitress at this hotel restaurant was phenomenal! Even went out of her way to grab me a bandaid for my blistered heel.
Negatives:
They were doing roadwork right in front of hotel, so we were unable to use the valet parking, but not the hotels fault at all. They were very helpful with figuring out a way around it for us to be able to park close by.
