Negatives:
Staff at the reception is hit and miss - some people were lovely and some were not helpful at all. I wanted to extend my stay for one day and the receptionist said not possible while I was able to do that on booking.com.

2- 3 signs absolutely need to be added indicating where the HOTEL parking is, when one enters the garage - we wasted about 20 minutes first parking in "patient parking" and then having to get the parking attendant physically show us where the HOTEL lot was - The first signs with arrows only say "patient parking", no indication of the hotel lot - a total pain in the neck !!
