Property is ok. But I have booked rooms with breakfasts for my family in our stay, but their restaurant was closed and they simply ignored this fact, didn’t let us know in advance and didn’t refund correspondent value. A voucher was offered for a restaurant that was closed.

Positives:
Dont know. Booking.com never reserved our rooms. We showed up and there were no reservations for our stay. Even after showing our confirmations and room reservations we were turned around. The staff wouldn't help us, wouldn't make a call to figure it out. We slept in our car and what make sit worse, is they wouldn't refund our stay.
Due to this we wont even use them again or booming.com

The front office/ reception could not get the billing done properly. We were told that we will need to pay a deposit of 300 USD which would be returned in a week. It has been 2months and we have not received the deposit money.
The locks to our room did not function. We had to go down multiple times to get the issue resolved.
