Very swanky and had the experience I envisioned.

I stayed in the single king bed on the sixth floor. I liked the hotel lobby and restaurant/bar area. The front desk associates were very friendly and professional. The check in/out process was smooth. The room was clean but small.

The room was very small. Some of the outlets and charging stations did not work. I did not like the shower design. I didn't like that the shower did not have a shower door and shelving. Also, the door to the bathroom did not close properly.

Noisy, cold floors even withe heat on. They were advertised as a 5 star Hotel, wich a lie or a bad joke. The courtyard building is supposed to be a plus, it is a vie to all the AC/ heat equipment wich runs 24/7; very loud. Poorly supplied bathroom.
