The outside presentation was very nice . But the room was old and falling apart . There was no room for your toothbrush, cosmetics. The bathroom sink was falling off the wall. For being an embassy suite expected better. Very unhappy and disappointed.

The hotel was older and they tried to renovate but didnt seem to help. They have a bug problem also. I found 2 roaches in the first room I was in. I got moved to a different rim which had ants crawling around. I was not compensated in my opinion.

The suites are nicely refurbished and I like that there is a T.V. in both rooms. The floor in my room was clean I always check that. Small issue with the mini fridge it was fixed within 15 minutes. The breakfast was wonderful omelets made your way.
Negatives:
I have been to this Hotel several times. I wanted to try and use the indoor pool but it was closed because people think you can use it as a toilet. This is not the hotel's fault. People that don't have a pool are the usual culprits.

1-The Bathroom was not finished - the ceiling was falling down and the wall paper was ripped. 2-The toilet didnt flush properly we had to called maintenance to fixed it and the next day it was clogged again. 3- Air conditioner not working it was Hot
