Your reservation service who made the reservation was not very good. On 5/18/23 I requested an oceanfront room & he gave me an oceanview. I questioned him about it & he insisted it was the same thingwhich I didnt feel was correct. Sure enough when we arrived it was not oceanfront & none were available by check-in on 6/23/23. Then he tried (3) times to charge the total at the time of reservation but my cc company denied the charge all three times. I found out later he wasnt supposed to do that. Youre charged on site.
