The fact that our reservation was canceled due to them trying to authorize our card before arriving even though we choose to NOT do a prepayment but to pay upon check in and they claim it’s a policy but booking did not show any such policy. In addition we were hoping to have our room refreshed and bed made that didn’t happen either.
