House keeping always did a good job.
Negatives:
No smart t v, no internet on T, wifi did not work most of the time, which cost me a lot of additional payment to my phone company. General manager on site Rachel Hieston accused me in 2 emails of rating their team poorly because of their enchant TV.. I paid them 100% of the money they asked for they do not give me a 100% service, I should get a partial refund.

I am staying in room 217 for 10 days on medical reasons.
Negatives:
For what I'm paying, there is no excuse for not having a smart TV in the room the television is old and obsolete, it has to be replaced with the smart TV. where I can get YouTube internet instead of the reception telling me that I have to bring my own roku!!

The room smelled strongly of urine. Maybe because it was a pet friendly room but it was bad. The breakfast was almost inedible.
