The hotel is awful. Rooms are very very old. Bathtub rusted. Smells musty. Super 90's dated decor. Cabinets chipped and broken. Honestly standing outside the door looking at the mezzanine is reminiscent of a prison. This place is in need of a top to bottom renovation.

The hotel is a dump and needs to be renovated. Dark, doors are rusted, furniture dark and uncomfortable.

The place is in need of a redo. There is cracked and missing paint everywhere. The toilet in the bathroom was too low. One of the washing machines was out of service for a week.

The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond. The food as well was great.
Negatives:
The room was horrendous. And after some investigating, the majority are the same. Outdated, with a strong musty smell. The paint on the walls looked old and was peeling. There were some furniture that was truly just hanging on my its hinges. The room didn't look, smell or even felt clean. I was very disappointed, especially since it wasn't cheap either. Nearly 400$ for a night in a room that resembled one from a Motel6 in downtown.

furniture was old and peeling. key to the room didn't work one of the days and it took 45minutes for someone to come to the room.
also we spoke to someone at hilton and they said they would get back to us and didn't get back to us.
