Every vent in the room had about a half an inch of dust. Fan covered in dust. Wouldn’t turn it on. Mood in bathroom. Closet doors broken. And somehow dust on top of the closet shelves.

The fact that the property needs to have a serious renovation. The suite was not vacuumed. The 1st bathroom in the suite had paint that looked like it fell off the door on the back side. I had bed bugs 1st bedroom and I was bitten several times.
Once reported the cleaning crew took several hours to come and check the room as well as clean it. They offer cleaning the rooms at this facility every 3 days unless you ask for cleaning. THIS IS TOTALLY OBSURD!! People are in and out of a hotel and you only clean it every 3rd day? JUST NASTY!! To add to this I was never offered a credit for one night at least they just gave 8000 Marriott points for the stay which amounts to $66 per night when my stay was almost $200 PER NIGHT.

other maintenance issues should be addressed. Overall it didn’t really affect our stay as the room was clean.

Location was good, the beds were very comfortable. Spacious Room. Easy parking availability at no cost. And being next to the highway very quiet. Great person that works at the breakfast, Brazilian I think. Works very hard and takes care of the people and breakfast.
Negatives:
Cleanliness, expectation of the property was higher. Rooms are very outdated and if I compare the rooms to the residence inn in Orlando. The price here is very high for what you get. We didn't spend a lot of time there but. Towels and bedding to be made every two days. As well as the laundry room very outdated and dirty.
