You have a Tesla charger, picked hotel because of this, and 1) the charger had no power, 2) you had an elite sign for customer parking so people parked gas cars where the charger was located. The shower lever to switch from shower to faucet was frozen in the middle so water came out of both in Room 200.

My girlfriend and I stayed April 7-13 the room was 328 it smelled of mold the sheets werent clean and the carpet was damp the towels were wet as well the shower was moldy also there was paint missing and scuff marks

Toilet ran all night and did not flush all the time. The smell of the room was musty and evidence of black mold on the ceiling in the main room, where we were sleeping.The shower stall also had evidence of black mold. We informed the staff of the problem

TV didn't work. Front desk said cable signal was bad. Nothing was done. Pool was filthy. Scum around inside perimeter never cleaned. People would party with excessive alcohol smoking Marijuana with no regard for others. Entry doors that were supposed to be locked at night to be opened with card key were always open. Safety was a concern. Would not stay here again or recommend it. Too bad for Holiday Inn such a bad mark.

Breakfast was good; a lot of variety. Clean kitchen area. Staff members were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.

Positives:
Breakfast was good, except first day it was late being put out, there was no caffeinated coffee and initially the coffee was cold left over from the day before. Beds were comfortable. Location was good for our business and convenience of restaurants and shopping.
Negatives:
Facility is worn and could use repair and update. Blinds didn't work, baseboard separated from wall, bathtub surface very worn to the point it looked dirty. Ice machine was dirty. Only one elevator, very small and rather slow. We only had decaf coffee in our room, and when we asked for some caffeinated, we were told they didn't have any.

Continental breakfast was good, some different stuff each day. The pancake machine didn't work but staff that was keeping breakfast filled and running was clearly working very hard. You could take as much food as you wanted and made food was hot.
Negatives:
Room was ok, you could adjust AC in your own room but temperature did not appear to actually change. It was no big deal though.

Super friendly staff, responsive to our needs, great location. Very nice breakfast! Housekeeping staff was very conscientious.

The hotel has a very musty smell. The tub and tub enclosure was full of mold and rust. The water was turned off for part of our stay and the elevator was out of service for most of our stay.
