The room was big and comfortable, the poolside is nice and spacious, breakfast is a typical standard breakfast with all you can expect in this type of hotel, coffee, juice, waffles, bagels, toast, etc. Nothing exotic, good enough.
Negatives:
Housekeeping is poor. The first night I left a chocolate bar on the table beside the bed, and in the morning was full of small bugs that were walking around. I informed about this problem to Heather at the front desk and she offered to change the room or to request my room to be sprayed. Since a room change would take some time, I accepted my room to be sprayed. When we came back to the room, housekeeping was already done, but they did not empty the trash cans, they did not clean the toilet, they did not even flush. Later I learnt that housekeeping would not spray my room so I ended up spraying my room myself. I would have expected some special attention or at least an apology call but the hotel staff behaved as if nothing never happened.
