Negatives: People sneaking in to the pool and hot tub that were not guests and having sex in the hot tub. Carpets were filthy in the hallway, looks like the place is collecting profits and not putting back in building maintenance. I will never stay at a Courtyard again.

Positives: Very nice outside and inside, elegant, nice area.

Negatives: It's something in the room, the plug that is near the bed didn't work. We had three different telephone plugs and none of them worked, we had to put it at the other end, and the bathtub retains water.
