Positives:
The hotel is in a good location. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. It is on a main road but somewhat hidden so you don't have to deal with the noise from the traffic. I was also checked in fairly quickly.
Negatives:
It could use some updates and some cleanliness. The hotel smelled of smoke upon arrival. The elevators are so slow and noisy. My room key was not working had to lug everything back downstairs, I was told I had to turn the knob upwards which was so weird.
Positives:
The hotel is wonderful! Excellent staff at check-in, beautiful room, delicious coffee and breakfast.
Negatives:
The king bed only had 1 night stand. So I was left to put my drink and phone on the floor!!

The tv kept breaking up It frustrated my husband trying to watch it I saw a maintenance individual. He pointed up and blamed the satellite...EXCEPT the tv in the breakfast room/lounge close to our room was on and working just fine

Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was very clean, enjoyed the breakfast offerings, location was perfect for our needs

The hotel itself was great...unfortunately there were a few guests whose behavior was unacceptable. There were kids/ teens running the hallway at 2:00AM and woke up both myself and my wife.
