The halls were dirty. My neighbors were two kids from a soccer team who were threatening each other whenever they were in the room. Hotel staff tried to break into my room in the middle of the night. No warning, no phone call just using a tool to break into my room. WHAT IS WRONG WITH THE STAFF?????
