Ground floor rooms are not great, guests before us must have smoked in the bathroom, even with extra cleaning the smell lingered for the five night stay

You need a REAL FULL restaurant in building, and with normal hours. Mattison's Restaurant across the street is EXCELLENT and the food was AWESOME!!!

Overall I was pleased with the staff services the cleanliness of the room and the comfort.
Positives:
We were there during a hurricane! The staff and hotel were fabulous. They put out an evening buffet for us plus the breakfast buffet with no charge to us! Everyone was so pleasant even during the hurricane when so many people were so stressed to go home to see what they would find after the hurricane. We cant thank them enough for going above and beyond! A BIG THANKYOU to Courtyard Marriot! We will definetly be back!!!
