The place was right in front of Manatee River which was awesome. Claire, the person that checked me in, made sure I was comfortable and the that the room met my expectations. I can't complain, the staff at this hotel, have great customer service skills. I was very pleased and impressed.

The shower didnt work properly you had more water coming out of the downspout than the shower head and the air conditioner was loud and took a while to cool down the room.
