Positives:
The room was horrible. Food left in fridge from previous people. There was GERMAN COCKROACHES crawling EVERYWHERE. I would give this place negative stars. This place should be shut down!!!! It should not be aloud to be open and renting rooms to out. We was parked in the parking lot for just a few minutes and the roaches were so bad they got in our car. Please shut this place down

Positives:
I liked that the room didn’t have carpet, which allowed me to clean the floor again myself and helped reduce the strong musty smell. The location was convenient, and I appreciated the electronic keypad entry using a code, very practical and secure.
Negatives:
The room had a very strong musty/closed-off smell.
• The sheets had the same unpleasant smell.
• The first room we were assigned had carpet and, unfortunately, a cockroach walking on the bed to welcome us. We requested a room change, and thankfully, the new room didn’t have carpet, which was better. However, the musty smell was still present, even though the unit appeared clean.
• The front desk clerk, although polite, told us that our two credit cards were declined, which we knew wasn’t true since our bank notifies us of any declined transactions. It seemed like he just preferred we pay with debit. If he had said that upfront, we would have used debit from the start. That said, he was quick to personally check and resolve the issue with the room change, which we appreciated.
• The pool was dirty and had a sign from the health department stating it was unsafe to use. The pool equipment was broken, and the surrounding fence was damaged and bent.
• The breakfast didn’t match the photos at all. We tried it on the first day but ended up eating elsewhere the next day.
• The musty smell was also very strong on the towels, sheets, and blankets. They looked clean but were heavily affected by the odor.

Pool wasn't open, ac leaked into the floor ruined our belongings, sink in room wasnt hooked up, dryer didn't work, called months in advanced to make sure my requests were met and didn't get what I needed due to change of owners, floors were dirty, roof being repaired and nails all over the parking lot, prostitute running business all through out the night, property put My husbands card on file and tried to run it and mine 14 times each. Lol

A couple of lights didn’t work, killed a roach, the wallpaper by the door was peeling off from water damage, ceiling tiles in front of sink had water damage, bathroom had holes opening in the walls and the fan was exposed with no cover. I went with days in. Bc we were in town for an event so I didn’t need a resort but no bugs would have been nice.

There was no Wifi (signal never got to the back of the premises).
The pool was closed (not warned on the website).
There were no carpet floors (as promoted on the website).
Floors were extremely dirty.
Bathtub slippery as an ice skating ring. We have to use towels inside the bathtub so we didn't fall inside.
Hard time with electronic keys.
AC dripping inside the room
Breakfast is almost inexistent (oranges; bananas; cereal and coffee).
Fridge missing one support leg, that you can't put stuff inside that fell off by the weight.
It looks old, and they are working to renovate, but if many of the issues were announced on the website, we would have chosen another place. Maybe it's good for working crews working in the surroundings, but not for families or couples on leisure trips.
