Housekeeping was there every day. Pool seemed maintained. Shower, fridge, microwave all works well.
Negatives:
Was booked in a smokers room after selecting non-smoking on the web (hotel got me a different room).
Run down with old furniture, loud noises, hammering over my bed in the middle of the night, gap under front door allowed exterior noises in, a desk with no chair (had to study at night), safe looks painted shut, coffee maker covered with paint, most uncomfortable pillows ever, broken toilet seat, room smelled weird, etc.

Everything is within a 5 to 10 mile radius, shopping centers, restaurants, and they have a Popeyes chicken right across the street. They have a restaurant connected to the hotel as well.

Street walker, drug dealers present in parking lot. Not a comfortable neighborhood. Peep hole and room smoke alarm covered! Toilet didnt flush! Floors DIRTY! Room phone didnt work and neither did internet. Very misrepresented online!

The staff was very friendly, the room was clean and just what we needed for the brief time we stayed. A lot of restaurants within walking distance was a big plus. Being pet friendly was also a plus for us. A shower was very nice, easy walk-in and very hot water. The property has a very nice pool unfortunately it was a little bit too cool to get in.

The only thing I can say is that the bed was not very comfortable but that might just be because I like a soft bed and these were very firm.
