Negatives: When checking out I explained to the front desk that I had already paid when I booked with booking.com and to please make sure the card for incidentals doesn't get charged. I still got charged $740.00 and had to contact them for a refund. This is the second time this happened when I booked a Hilton room which is why I made it a point to address. The front desk assured me I would not get charred on the card but here we are waiting for my credit to post.
