La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Tampa Brandon Regency Park

Negatives: Had to have them come back and clean fridge cause there was nasty all over the fridge, the toilet wasn’t cleaned, the couch and pillow cases had stains, the airvents in the bathroom have never been cleaned. Corners in the bathroom and living room never get cleaned. The breakfast was disgusting, eggs were so rubbery you could bounce them on the ground, trash was overflowing, was not well stocked. There was a paper towel on the floor of the elevator when we checked in and it was still there 2 days later when we checked out. Room is loud as it’s next to 75 and traffic sounds like it’s in your room. Elevator made such a horrible grounding noise that we could hear it in our room and would wake you up. The back door where you should need a keycard is broken so anyone can walk in and our room the keycard reader took several times before you could open it.

Negatives: The ac unit fan motor was very loud. The toilet sounded like a shotgun going off when you flush. The elevator made awful grinding noises when you reached your floor.

Negatives: I didn’t like how certain staff was prejudice especially the lady at the front desk and the lady doing breakfast I would say good morning they would just look me in my face makes me feel very uncomfortable.

Negatives: Front elevator has a bad paint job.... looks a little neglected. Same goes for back door entrance which could used a touch-up paint job because it looks a little dirty and worn out.

Negatives: My bed was soft perhaps from age. I prefer a firm bed.

Negatives: No change to use laundry , Ice machine out of order on my floor, shower curtain would not stay closed, toilet seat wear, needed replacing.

Negatives: Pool was very cold. Hot tub was not working the second time we tried to use it. The back exit smelled like urine.
