Disappointed in cleanliness, dirty dishes were left in walk way in front of our room from the time we checked in until next day. Pool towels were not available for at least an hour.

Very dated and upon checking in to room, found dirty laundry and towels in closet and food in the refrigerator. Problem was fixed and apology offered. Not enough chairs at pool and no emailed invoice after check out

The rooms were dirty, the bathroom smelled like urine, and it was outdated. The restaurant was less than average and did not offer many selections for food. The hot tub was always full because it was very small. A resort should offer more.

My "view" was a dirt lot. The sunlight came in through the blinds waking me up earlier than I wanted to get up. The people next door were extremely loud.

Hotel empployee was rude, unprofessional, argumentative, & horrid customer service! I have stayed several times before w/my girls before/after cruise years back---NEVER will I stay here again! AWFUL!

The customer service! Hotel employee went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay! She is very efficient and a great asset to Radisson! Her managerial skills are outstanding! I would like to also give a shout out to hotel employee! He is also a great asset!

Pool was closed w/o notice before booking (we could use neighbor hotel but it was not even close to what our hotel was supposed to have). Very loud and unexpected construction started around 8am and we were sleeping off our jet lag. Bad start to our trip.
