shabby soiled couch, woodwork around door in bathroom grimy, bath tub did not drain well. Black mold in the corners of the shower. Some of the guests made me feel uncomfortable. Strong odor of marijuana on the grounds.

It took 2 hrs for the tub to drain after a shower. Told the desk about it but never was taken care of. I stayed 4 nights.

They do not have coffee in their lobby for people who stay there. Not enough sugar or creamer to use coffee in room. Hot tub closed early. People coming off the road or from their day out later do not get to relax in the hottub as it closes too soo

Reserved a handicap room for 4 people. Was put in a non handicap room. Eventually got a handicap room but input 1 be. My wife and 1 slept on to away. Shuttle was not handicap accessible told then we had to leave forairport at 4. Left at 430. 15 on shuttl

Positives:
The hotel is nice and rooms are cozy. Guests can bring their pets which is what we do, we bring our dog. The staff is very nice and everyone is on a first name basis its very kind that they remember the names of guests which is very friendly.
Negatives:
Breakfast is good every morning I just wish guests could buy or bring back to the room and have a selection and variety. As main course.
