They don't answer the phones up front, had to walk to the front desk and that is hard for me to do with bad back, with TV not working, toliet issues x 2, very rude person cking in. Told me if I didn't like something I could check out, she didn't want to hear it.micro wave, didn't work right either.

There were a lot of cockroaches and bed bugs, and my little girl was very hurt by the bed bugs, and my eyes were inflamed from the pillow and the rest of the bed. When I went to the reception to change the room or find another solution because I had booked for a long time, they said I was not comfortable in the hotel, so I should leave it with extreme violence and severity.
