The staff was friendly and as accommodating as they could be. A room above my room sounded like they had a wrestling class going on throughout the entire time (I was staying only 1 night) that I was there. Called down to the front desk when it was almost midnight, and soon after, the rumbling stopped. I would go back just for how quickly they resolved my complaint.
Negatives:
The cleaning could be better. Had stepped in something sticky on the ground by the nightstand. They might've missed it cause it was almost under the nightstand.

Upon walking into the hotel to check in, i found the front desk staff to be in a heated argument. I stood in front of them for around 2 minutes before they wrapped it up. Also I didn't feel safe leaving my belongings in my vehicle. Homeless people sleeping around the hotel and the people in the hotel we're also loud and suspicious.

Place was absolutely DIRTY, the night receptionist was horrible didn't great us didn't show eye contact no personality at ALL...She was just Dry and RUDE, I know she encountered all types of people at that location but she should still have a little customer service about herself, I wouldn't hire her to walk away dog, she needs some coaching on customer service. The hotel carpet smelled like every drug them people staying there be smoking, only good part was the location, was in the middle of everywhere me and my husband went to.
