Nothing everything was bad worst experience ever

Everything was horrible I went to check in at 8pm and I couldn’t get in to the lobby… there was nobody in front desk I had to call from a phone they have at the door and not even the operator couldn’t get help.. miraculously a guest came down to the front desk and called the employee, then he gave me a room that wasn’t clean then I had to go back down to get another key for another room that was suspiciously clean … nasty hotel will never stay here ever

Did not have room service,,room never cleaned and linen was not changed. Hallway floors were dirty and smell
Negatives:
The hotel was dirty, smells,dogs on leash walking through with owners,cigarette butt at entrance/exit and dirty fify tentants. Stayed 2 nights no room service was given.
