1. Heater is not working in the first room.
2. I booked for 2 room but when checked in that receptionist said I have only one room. To get a second room. She will have to booked another room. The next day I get a charge fee for not getting a second room. Receptionist does not know what she is doing and did not listen when I tried to explain to her. I tried to show her anemail from booking.com. but she didn't want to see it. Bad attitude receptionist.

As soon as I arrived, when I got out of the elevator, I smelled the strong smell of marijuana. The smell was present every day I stayed at the hotel. I had to deal with a dog smelling dirt in the elevator. I will not come back ever again.

Complimentary breakfast was non existant both days we stayed. Oatmeal was all that was ever offered. We are way past covid, by many years, and we were told there would be grab and go bags of food in the morning. There weren't any, so we had to spend more money and get breakfast elsewhere.
Hair in the shower
They allowed kids to play in the parking lot, being loud late in the evening, past midnight.
Walls paper thin and can hear the slightest of footsteps.
Heard gunshots the first night. That was un nearving. Not something they can control, but I wouldn't stay there again.
I asked for a partial refund, but since I booked it through booking.com, I don't know how much hastle that will be. I may just book directly with the hotel next time in case I have problems.
Sign in elevator stays how they tak3 cleaning so seriously... um, nope.
Woke up with extreme back pain. Bad beds.
One of the bed lights didn't work.
Refrigerator door was stuck closed and hard to open.
No dishes, silverware. Sign said had to ask for it. Honestly, probably wouldn't trust the cleanliness anyway.

The beds were uncomfortable. The sheets and towels were dirty and when I got home from the hotel, I found a cockroach in my bag. This place was filthy and gross.

Staff is courteous and helpful even though they are challenged by the lack of supplies for the kitchenettes.
Negatives:
only tried breakfast once. It was limited. Only grits no oatmeal. Very few utensils, dinnerware, glassware provided for the kitchenette. Had to buy some things. No pots or pans available until the seventh day of our 9 day stay. Disappointed. Staff was always courteous and helpful but they were hindered in their efforts by the lack of supplies even toilet paper and Kleenex.
