Breakfast was a bit disappointing. The dish they called "bagel toppers" was a soggy mess ! No bacon or French toast! As far as making your own waffles...who wants to wait in line to make a waffle...not me !!
Negatives:
When the air conditioner kicked in...it sounded like a freight train going thru the room. My wife and I had a very unpleasant night's sleep !! No clock radio ! I would have thought that the more than $300 I paid, that this would have been a 1st class room. No better than a Motel 6 !!

When I googled airport hotels with shuttles your hotel showed. When my daughter and five-year-old grandson returned their rental at the airport they discovered that you stopped having a shuttle two years earlier when I called and tried to find a hotel you were not helpful and said that you clearly said you didnt have a shuttle, and that I would be billed and were not helpful in finding a hotel with a shuttle leaving my daughter stranded. Thank goodness for caring people who helped me find a hotel I will not be staying at Hilton again and will be returning my membership card.
